Horse omnibus

The horse omnibus is a replica built in the early 2000s on the initiative of the non-profit organisation Jut & Aer from Wuustwezel, based on the original plans. Unlike the horse tram, the omnibus does not run on rails. From 1890, fourteen such omnibuses were used between the Draakplaats and the station 'Land van Waes' (St-Michielskaai). A dozen more were added later.
